I’m Christian Zambra. After years leading AI product teams at iFood, Jusbrasil, and other tech companies, I pivoted to consulting, mentoring, and training — guiding professionals, startups, and organizations through the challenges of Generative AI, intelligent agents, and AI product strategy. I’ve mentored teams at Tera, advised startups like Mosaic AI, and volunteer at Expo Favela, helping over 30 startups embrace AI responsibly. AI Strategy & Product Leadership

I help organizations define roadmaps for AI adoption, design responsible AI and GenAI systems, and integrate intelligent agents into products. I’ve led AI squads, create, priortized and implemented AI plans, and built features from concept to production.I lead product at companies like iFood, Quinstreet, Itaú and Telefonica VIVO, in Brazil and Europe, and also co-founded Travel Therapy AI.

Mentoring & Teaching

As Expert at Tera, I deliver workshops and masterclasses on AI Product Leadership, AI Product Building and Management. As a Mentor, I guided professionals from Brazilian Unicorns and large companies on the development of Generative AI and AI systems, from inception and planning to Proof of Concept, Prototyping and Deployment.

Advisory & Social Impact

Volunteering at Expo Favela, I mentor over 30 startups - bringing AI to communities and supporting inclusive innovation. I also conducted masterclasses and workshops about AI and GenAI basic concepts, prompt engineering and tools, allowing entrepreneurs to professional use tools like Google Gemini, Nano Banana, VEO, chatGPT, Deep Seek and more.

My Story & Track Record

My career spanned roles at iFood, Jusbrasil, Quinstreet, Cabify, Telefonica VIVO, and large financial tech organizations, always focused on AI, optimization, and smart products. I led teams building reinforcement learning systems, time forecasting models, and AI-driven experimentation platforms. Today, I apply that depth to consulting, training, and building trust with clients.
